Shipping & Handling

Handling takes anywhere from 2-5 business days and shipping times vary on the method and carrier. We work with many shipping carriers and always try our hardest to ensure that you get the best shipping option possible. However due to COVID, most shipping is longer than normal (we are seeing around 6 – 10 business days in some cases). We do not have control over the shipping times of USPS, FedEx, or UPS and are just as frustrated as you are in the shipping backlog we have seen. Please be patient and check your porch frequently.

If you have been waiting for longer than 20 business days since the day of your order or if you believe your package was lost in transit or for any other shipping issue, please reach out to: [email protected] and we will look into the issue. 

*NOTE: Wholly Rollies will be shipped with an ice pack, but will not arrive frozen. Please place in your fridge or freezer upon arrival as once thawed, Wholly Rollies can stick together. The good news is that Wholly Rollies do not contain any perishable ingredients and can be enjoyed at any temperature, and even if they are slightly squished they will still taste great!

We reserve the right to delay shipping of any orders containing Wholly Rollies due to outdoor temperatures at time of order. We will ship during the best weather possible and will fulfill these orders at our discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that we do not feel we will be able to adequately fulfill.


Returning an order


The customer is responsible for paying shipping for returning the item. In the event of a replacement due to damage (which we require an image as proof), we may cover the cost to ship the replacement item. Please see the full terms of returning an order here.
