Bang Bang Turkey

It’s post-Thanksgiving day and you’re tired of turkey sandwiches? Here’s a great way to use up leftover turkey!

Ingredients

    Bang Bang Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine sauce ingredients with 2 tablespoons cold water, and mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until needed, up to two weeks.
  2. Spread lettuce over a large serving platter and sprinkle evenly with freshly chopped cilantro and mint.
  3. In a small bowl, combine turkey with Bang Bang sauce, and toss until well coated. Can reserve some sauce to drizzle on top or keep in a bowl to pass at the table. Lay turkey down center of salad.
  4. Garnish turkey with green onions, cucumber, sesame seeds and sprinkle with cheese.
