Peanut Butter Granola Bars

These delicious granola bars contain lots of good-for-you ingredients. Chia seeds and flax meal have come to be seen as superfoods--they're rich in nutrients and linked to health benefits such as a healthier heart and lower blood sugar levels.

And of course, peanut butter is packed with an excellent source of vitamins, proteins, minerals, and healthy fats. Peanut butter even reduces your risk of heart disease.
