Peanut Butter Granola Bars
These delicious granola bars contain lots of good-for-you ingredients. Chia seeds and flax meal have come to be seen as superfoods--they're rich in nutrients and linked to health benefits such as a healthier heart and lower blood sugar levels.

Press into a baking dish and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

These granola bars are great served from the fridge--keeping them cold will help them hold together better.
