Cinnamon Almond Butter No-Bake Cookies
Description
Classic no-bake cookies made with peanut butter are a staple around here—but I think we might love this new version made with Crazy Richard’s Cinnamon Almond Butter even better!

Gather all ingredients and measure them out. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Add butter, sugar and milk to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat. Stir often until butter is melted and everything is combined.

Bring mixture to a full rolling boil (everything should be bubbling, not just a few here and there along the edges). Boil in this manner for 1 minute without stirring.

Remove from heat. Stir in the Cinnamon Almond Butter and vanilla until fully combined.

Stir in the oats and mix until they are completely coated with the almond butter mixture.

Drop by spoonfuls onto the baking sheets and allow to cool for 45 minutes or so. The longer they cool, the more firm they will be.
