PB&J Smoothie Bowl (New Year New You!)

  • 3/4 cup non dairy yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1/8 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • Dash of beet powder





  1. In a small bowl add your yogurt, blue spirulina and pink pitaya powders. And mix until thoroughly combined, sprinkle in a dash of beet powder till you reach that beautiful purple color. then Set aside
  2. For the peanut butter smoothie. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until rich and creamy
  3. Add your pb smoothie into a bowl
  4. Spoon your yogurt onto the top half of the bowl, creating a dripping pattern if desired.
  5. Top the ‘jelly’ section with some strawberries a blueberries
  6. Sprinkle the peanut butter smoothie section with Crazy Richard’s Pure Peanut Butter Powder.
  7. ENJOY!!
