
- 3/4 C blueberries
- 1 frozen persimmon
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 C cauliflower
- dash of cinnamon + pink himalayan sea salt + all spice
- 1/2 tsp (each) @sunpotion ashwagandha + cordyceps
- 1 C vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla @vitalproteins whey
- Mix in blender and pour into your glass until its overflowing
- Top with granola and of course, Crazy Richard’s Creamy Peanut Butter
