Blueberry Persimmon Banana Protein Smoothie

  • 3/4 C blueberries
  • 1 frozen persimmon
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C cauliflower
  • dash of cinnamon + pink himalayan sea salt + all spice
  • 1/2 tsp (each) @sunpotion ashwagandha + cordyceps
  • 1 C vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla @vitalproteins whey
  • Mix in blender and pour into your glass until its overflowing
  • Top with granola and of course, Crazy Richard’s Creamy Peanut Butter
